Hey Hey Hey! On one of my recent Target trips, I ran across these cute little sleighs and peel & stick vinyl in the Dollar Spot section so I snatched them up. There are so many things I could have done with this sleigh but quick and easy is what I wanted. The sleigh turned out super cute so I thought I would share it with all of you!
Materials:
- Sleigh ($3.00 from Target Dollar Spot)
- Vinyl saying ($1.00 from Target Dollar Spot)
- White paint
- Twine
- Ribbon
- Napkin ring (bought at Hobby Lobby at 50% off)
- Small bells
First, I painted everything but the top white. I used white chalk paint but acrylic paint will work just fine.
Once the paint was dry on the bottom I added the vinyl saying to the top. I found this peel and stick vinyl in Target’s Dollar Spot too but if you have a vinyl cutter you can make your own.
Next, I wanted to make a little embellishment to go on the sleigh so I tied some jingle bells to a piece of twine, took apart a Christmas napkin holder to use the greenery from it, tied the twine around the greenery and added some ribbon.
Finally, I hot glued the embellishment to the sleigh and it is complete. This was a super easy craft and best of all it was under $5.00 and turned out oh so cute!
